Custom Pet Portraits are not returnable. However, if your portrait arrives damaged, please contact me through my Etsy shop and we may be able to scan the drawing, correct the damage, and print a new version. No refunds will be given.

USPS is known for marking orders “delivered” prematurely in order to meet delivery quotas. It’s likely your order will be delivered in the next few days. If you still haven’t received your order a week after USPS has marked it “delivered” please let me know or file a claim with your local post office branch.
